Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer (Mechanical / Pipeline) with strong experience in major cross-country, on-plot and off-plot pipeline projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in welding, NDT, coating/painting, quality auditing and project quality management , along with relevant Oil & Gas operator approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor quality activities for mechanical and pipeline construction works.
• Conduct and coordinate inspection activities covering welding, NDT, coating and painting .
• Review inspection and test documentation, quality records and associated reports.
• Perform project quality audits and support implementation of ISO 9001 requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, inspection, engineering and client/contractor teams on quality-related matters.
• Ensure project activities comply with approved procedures, specifications, ITPs and applicable standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records and documentation.
• Support resolution and closure of quality issues, NCRs and audit findings.
• Coordinate with ADNOC / Middle East Oil & Gas operator representatives as required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
• 10–12 years of total experience as a QC Engineer in Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience preferred in major cross-country, on-plot or off-plot pipeline projects.
• ADNOC / Middle East Oil & Gas Operator approval as QC Engineer (Mechanical / Pipeline).
• CSWIP 3.1 / AWS-CWI or COMPANY-approved equivalent.
• ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, MT and PT .
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification/experience.
• Hands-on experience in welding, NDT and coating/painting inspection .
• Strong experience in project quality auditing .
• Strong coordination, documentation and reporting skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
