Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer specializing in sealing solutions, including industrial seals, gaskets, O-rings, packing materials, and engineered polymers. The role involves identifying customer requirements, providing technical product recommendations, preparing quotations, and driving sales growth across industrial sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, manufacturing, marine, and construction. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of sealing applications and be capable of developing long-term customer relationships while delivering effective engineering solutions. *Key Responsibilities**Sales & Business Development + Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers. + Identify new business opportunities for sealing products and engineered material solutions. + Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations. + Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives. + Generate and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and quotations. + Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

Technical Support* + Analyze customer applications and recommend suitable sealing solutions. + Provide technical guidance on: + O-rings + Hydraulic and pneumatic seals + Mechanical seals + Gaskets + Compression packing + Rubber products + PTFE and engineering plastics + Customized sealing solutions + Review technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements. + Assist customers in material selection based on pressure, temperature, chemical compatibility, and operating conditions.

Quotations & Order Management* + Prepare technical and commercial proposals. + Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding pricing, lead times, and product availability. + Process customer orders and monitor delivery schedules. + Ensure accurate documentation and order tracking.

Customer Relationship Management* + Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems. + Resolve technical and commercial issues promptly. + Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Market Intelligence* + Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging sealing technologies. + Identify opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.

Required Qualifications* + Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline. + 2–5 years of sales experience in industrial sealing products, engineering materials, fluid sealing solutions, or industrial consumables. + Strong understanding of sealing technologies and industrial applications. + Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. + Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills* + Knowledge of sealing standards and specifications. + Experience with OEM and MRO customers. + Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts. + UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
