The role

As Product Data & Channel Operations Manager are you the commercial owner of product information and channel syndication across all digital sales channels. The role ensures that complete, accurate, compliant and market-specific product data flows from the PIM (Akeneo) through Channel Engine to live, well-presented and high-converting listings on every marketplace and retail platform. As the product portfolio and channel landscape expand, this role establishes and maintains the product-data foundation required for marketplace optimisation, content enrichment, internationalisation and scalable omnichannel growth.

What will you do?

The Product Data & Channel Operations Manager is responsible for developing and executing the direct-to-consumer (D2C) growth strategy to achieve the company’s commercial objectives

The role managers the D2C profit and loss (P&L), budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and customer acquisition targets.

Identify new business opportunities and lead digital growth initiatives.

Continuously optimize sales performance through data-driven decision-making.

E-Commerce Management

Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms and online stores.

Improve website performance, conversion rates, average order value (AOV) and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Collaborate with UX/UI, development and content teams to enhance user experience.

Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions and merchandising are fully optimized.

Lead website testing, personalization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Performance Marketing

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies.

Manage paid media across Google, Meta, YouTube, Display, Retargeting and other relevant channels.

Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.

CRM & Customer Retention

Develop customer lifecycle strategies to increase retention and loyalty.

Manage CRM programs including email marketing, automation, segmentation and personalization.

Customer Loyality & Retention

Develop and implement customer loyality and referral programs.

Analyze custumor behavior and implement initiatives to increase engagement and drive repeat purchases.

Affiliate Marketing

Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive incremental sales.

Identify, recruit, onboard and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.

Negotiate commercial agreements and performance-based partnerships.

Monitor affiliate performance and optimize commission structures.

Ensure affiliate activities align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Social Media & Community Growth

Develop and execute social commerce and social media growth strategies.

Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube with marketing teams.

Drive customer engagement, brand awareness and conversion through social channels.

Identify opportunities with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors.

Analyze social media performance and implement optimization measures.

Customer Experience & Journey Optimization

Own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

Identify customer pain points and implement improvements to increase customer satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with Customer Service teams to enhance consumer experience.
