Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports attorneys and firm leadership with daily administrative tasks, including file maintenance, scheduling of meetings, maintaining company registrations and internal filings, as well as handling and assistance with regulatory processes for client matters and internal operations. Responsibilities also include data entry, updating databases, coordinating office supplies and logistics, and supporting the smooth operation of the office. The role requires consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders and adherence to confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates should possess strong Administrative and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, records management, and interaction with regulators.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and coordinating complex meetings.
  • Candidates should have proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar), basic data entry, and document formatting.
  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively with diverse teams in Saudi Arabia and abroad, and interact respectfully with clients and partners.
  • Candidates must have fluency in English and Arabic.
  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage.
