Site Planning Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Site Planning Engineer to take ownership of scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting across our construction and industrial project sites in Saudi Arabia. You'll be the person keeping the project on track — on time, on budget, and fully aligned with contract obligations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain project schedules in Primavera P6 (Level 1–3, including look-ahead planning)
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path analysis, and resource-loaded programs
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly site progress against the baseline schedule
• Identify potential delays ahead of time and propose recovery or acceleration strategies
• Generate progress reports (DPR/WPR/MPR), S-Curves, and KPI dashboards for management
• Liaise closely with Project Managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors on scheduling matters
• Contribute to EOT claims, variation orders, and schedule impact assessments
• Develop manpower histograms and equipment utilization plans
• Support close-out documentation and project handover

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering
• 4–6 years' hands-on experience in a Planning Engineer role
• Prior on-site project experience in Saudi Arabia
• Solid command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel
• Background in EPC, steel structures, industrial, or oil & gas construction
• Working knowledge of EOT claims and contract administration
• Exposure to Saudi Aramco or SABIC projects is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Power BI or BIM tools is an advantage

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS

• PMP or PSP (AACE)
• Primavera P6 Certification
• SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) Registration
• OSHA / NEBOSH

Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month
