Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) – Mobile & Web Projects

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (Arabic Speaker) with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and documentation, along with hands-on experience working on enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in mobile application revamp and/or web application revamp projects is highly preferred, especially in gathering requirements, process analysis, user journey improvements, and supporting modernization or digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities :-
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis documents.
• - Conduct workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions with stakeholders in Arabic and English.- Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure accurate requirement understanding and delivery.
• - Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and optimization.- Support solution design discussions and validate that proposed solutions align with business objectives.
• - Assist in UAT planning, test case review, and business validation.Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.- Support mobile application revamp and/or web application revamp initiatives, including current-state analysis, gap identification, requirement documentation, and future-state process definition.
• - Collaborate with design and technical teams to improve user journeys, workflows, and application usability for revamped digital platforms.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 - ﷼20,000.00 per month
