Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress against approved timelines.
• Ensure all site activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
• Monitor manpower allocation and subcontractor performance to achieve project milestones.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Identify project risks and propose effective solutions to minimize delays.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with consultants and clients.
• Verify completed work for quality and assist with project handover documentation.
• Support the commercial team in quantity verification, variation orders, and cost control.
• Ensure successful project closeout, including snagging, testing, commissioning support, and final handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing commercial, hospitality, retail, office, or high-end residential fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, fit-out execution, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Primavera P6 are an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic

Preferred Requirements

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (local transfer preferred).
• Valid transferable Iqama.
• Available to join immediately.
• Experience working with Saudi project standards and local regulations.
• Preferred nationality: Lebanese.
