Job description
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Affairs Specialist role based in Riyadh at منصات العقارية - Menassat Realty Co. The role involves managing daily administrative operations, including handling correspondence, preparing and organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records and files. The specialist coordinates office logistics, supports internal departments with administrative needs, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, supporting HR and finance with documentation, assisting in onboarding processes, and liaising with external vendors and service providers as needed. The role also requires contributing to process improvements, supporting management with reports, and maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, record keeping, and office coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy for managing electronic records and reports.
- Solid communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to prepare clear correspondence and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation, data entry, and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of basic HR and administrative procedures; experience in the real estate or corporate sector is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
