Prepare forensic delay analyses using recognised industry methodolo

• gies.Review programmes, progress records and project documenta
• tion.Support expert witness reports and dispute proceed
• ings.Advise clients on delay, disruption and extension of time mat
• ters.Work alongside legal teams, experts and project stakehol
• ders.Assist in mentoring junior consult

**ants.

Requir**

• ements

Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related disc

• ipline.Extensive experience within a recognised claims consu
• ltancy.Strong Primavera P6 planning exp
• ertise.Proven experience undertaking forensic delay an
• alysis.Excellent understanding of construction contracts and programme mana
• gement.Strong report writing and communication
• skills.GCC experience is advantageous but not ess
