English Language Teacher
Atlas International Schools is seeking a passionate, qualified, and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will create an engaging learning environment that promotes students’ language development and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
* Create a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages active student participation.
* Assess, monitor, and evaluate students’ academic progress regularly.
* Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
* Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
* Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with school policies.
* Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons.
* Support the school’s mission, vision, and values while promoting a positive learning culture.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in English, English Language, Education, or a related field.
* Teaching qualification or Professional Teaching License (preferred).
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international or private school.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
Requirements
* Valid IQAMA (if applicable).
* Transferable sponsorship (if applicable).
* Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.
* Passion for teaching and continuous professional growth.
