Consulting Senior Manager - HCD

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a passionate and professional cybersecurity expert to join our Exercises and Assessments department. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to strengthening our organization's defensive capabilities by designing and delivering realistic security exercises, developing specialized educational content, and evaluating the readiness of our systems and teams. The candidate will play a pivotal role as a trainer and mentor, utilizing their expertise in penetration testing and incident response to build a resilient defensive architecture against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Deliver Technical Exercises: Lead and conduct authorized penetration testing and vulnerability assessments (PTVA) on networks and systems, using realistic threat techniques to evaluate security and detect potential vulnerabilities.
• Threat Management: Search for undetected threats, analyze threat intelligence, and provide actionable insights to support cybersecurity decision-making.
• Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR): Leverage experience in digital forensics to collect and analyze digital evidence and investigate cybersecurity incidents to derive useful information for mitigation and response.
• Training and Development: Develop specialized cybersecurity content and provide training and mentoring to the team to elevate technical competencies.
• Continuous Assessment: Measure the effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities and ensure systems comply with acceptable security policies.
