Operations Associate - Westfield Riyadh

Role Purpose

Ensure the efficient operation of the mall by maintaining tenant satisfaction, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety requirements, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the overall day-to-day operations of the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Build solid relationships with tenants and ensure adherence to Cenomi Centers standards.
• Ensure tenant requests and issues are logged and resolved.
• Assist tenants during shop fit, handover, and evacuation processes.
• Coordinate with leasing, contractors, suppliers, and mall departments.
• Ensure common areas are maintained and H&S inspections are conducted.
• Follow up on day-to-day mall operations and perform additional tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in operations and facilities management.
• Strong experience in tenant/customer relationship management, property management, and client engagement.
• Fluent in English.
