Tendering Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the entire tendering lifecycle, ensuring competitive, accurate, and profitable technical and commercial proposals for construction and MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities

·       Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contracts.

·       Lead preparation of technical and commercial bids.

·       Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams.

·       Develop pricing strategies and bid execution plans.

·       Perform risk assessments and profitability analysis.

·       Review estimates, BOQs, and cost breakdowns.

·       Attend pre-bid meetings and client clarifications.

·       Ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

·       Maintain tender databases and bid performance reports.

·       Support contract negotiations after project award.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction and contracting companies with extensive experience in tendering and bid management.
