JOINERY DETAILING CAD OPERATOR

we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CAD Operator (Joinery Detailing) to join our technical team.

Job Role & Responsibilities

- Transform conceptual designs and architectural sketches into highly detailed, accurate, and production-ready shop drawings for joinery and fit-out works.

-Create detailed manufacturing drawings, including sections, elevations, plans, and joinery connection details (wardrobes, doors, wall paneling, vanity units, etc.).

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and the factory production team to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.

- Prepare precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material take-offs based on approved drawings.

- Revise drawings based on site measurements, variations, and feedback from clients or consultants.

- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and local building codes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience strictly in Joinery and Fit-out Detailing within a contracting.

-Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design.

- Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (2D is mandatory, 3D is a plus).

-Strong knowledge of woodwork materials, hardware, manufacturing techniques, and joinery construction methods.

-Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and interior design tender drawings.

- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Good command of English (written and spoken).
