Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in KSA.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within a consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of Saudi codes and standards (essential)
• Proven experience in pre-contract and post-contract cost management.
• Strong background incost estimation, quantity take-off, tender evaluation, and contract administration
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant QS tools/software

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and quantity take-offs
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents, and contract conditions
• Manage tender processes, including evaluation and reporting recommendations
• Monitor project costs, variations, valuations, and financial progress
• Administer contracts in line with consultancy standards and client requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with Saudi and Bahraini regulations, codes, and consultancy
