We're Hiring | Accountant / Inventory – Automotive Industry | Riyadh

We are seeking an experienced Accountant / Inventory professional to join a leading automotive company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all in-house spare parts operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the timely availability of spare parts to support workshop and service operations.
  • Develop and expand the wholesale spare parts distribution network.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers and suppliers.
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory and parts management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock turnover, and minimize obsolete stock.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, inventory reconciliations, and reports related to parts operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in spare parts, inventory, or wholesale operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, accounting principles, and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
