Project Manager – Electrical / MEP

SBG Dirab Road Lighting Works – Riyadh

We are hiring an Electrical / MEP Project Manager for immediate joining on a major infrastructure lighting project in Riyadh.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of project experience in Saudi Arabia .
• Minimum 8 years of electrical infrastructure / MEP experience in Saudi Arabia .
• PMP certified .
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
• Available to join within 14 days maximum .
• Previous experience with contracting companies in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in:
• LED lighting fixtures installation.
• Low voltage power cables and wires.
• LV distribution panels and feeder pillars.
• Street lighting poles and high mast lighting.
• Testing, commissioning, consultant inspections, and handover.
• Coordination with main contractor, consultant, SEC, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage project execution, planning, manpower, procurement coordination, and site progress.
• Lead technical submittals, inspections, WIR/MIR follow-up, and T&C activities.
• Control project cost, productivity, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and internal management.
• Ensure timely completion, proper documentation, and successful handover.

Preferred Candidate

A hands-on project manager with strong Saudi market experience, contractual awareness, site leadership, and the ability to control cost, productivity, and client Expectations
