Hiring: HSE Officer (Saudi Nationality Only)

Location: Saudi Riyadh

Salary: SAR 9,000 per month

CSCEC Steel Industries L.L.C. is seeking a Saudi National HSE Officer to support safety management on steel structure construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in construction site safety, strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

`Daily Site Safety Inspection: Conduct routine safety patrols, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with project HSE standards.

`HSE Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain safety files, inspection records, incident/accident reports, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.

`Regulatory & Client Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and Saudi local authorities during safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

`Safety Implementation: Monitor work activities, enforce safety procedures, and ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.

`Training & Awareness: Support toolbox talks, safety inductions, and on-site HSE awareness programs.

Procurement Support: Assist in sourcing and arranging ad-hoc materials required for workshop or site safety operations.

Requirements:

`Nationality: Saudi National (mandatory).

`Language: Native-level English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

`Experience: Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in steel structure, fabrication workshops, or civil construction sites within the Middle East.

`Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications (preferred).

`Competency:

• Strong understanding of Saudi HSE laws, regulations, and compliance procedures.
• Solid execution capability and proactive safety mindset.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

`Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
