The Project This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Provides administrative support of quality assurance processes to support and assist the quality assurance team.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific quality assurance (QA) plans, procedures, and inspection and test plans (ITPs) aligned with Mace standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor contractor compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards across civil, utilities, and infrastructure packages.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and surveillance to ensure works are delivered in accordance with QA/QC procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage non-conformance processes (NCRs), ensuring timely identification, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and close-out.
  • Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation prior to construction activities.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed a proactive quality culture and drive right-first-time delivery.

You'll Need To Have

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the consultancy sector.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Commercial and financial acumen.
  • Experience of working on projects within large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
