Job description

Location: Riyadh/ Jeddah, KSA.

Years of Experience: 7+ years.

Project Duration: 1 year.

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).

Starting Date: 1st July, 2026.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Oracle Fusion ERP) to support the successful delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives involving Oracle Fusion applications. The role will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder coordination, and progress monitoring while ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, or CX implementations within the region.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience serving as a Project Manager for Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle EPM, and/or Oracle CX implementation projects.

Other Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate project activities across business, technical, testing, and vendor teams.
  • Manage project communications and ensure timely dissemination of updates to stakeholders.
  • Organize project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, action logs, and minutes in Arabic and English.
  • Monitor project progress and track completion of deliverables against agreed timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, registers, reports, and governance artifacts.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and resolution.
  • Support PMO activities and provide regular project status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of project execution with organizational standards, governance requirements, and implementation objectives.
