  • Project Controls and Planning

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Accountable for the overall performance and delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned commissions.
  • Develops and implements robust PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strategies, and governance structures.
  • Provides strategic direction and leadership to clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on all Project Controls matters.
  • Acts as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, building strong client relationships and influencing decision-making.
  • Leads the management of cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes to ensure achievement of project objectives.
  • Establishes, monitors, and controls project baselines, including scope, time, cost, and risk, alongside quantitative risk analysis and performance tracking.
  • Directs structured reporting, governance forums, and performance reviews while ensuring compliance with procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops high-performing teams, supports resourcing and recruitment, and promotes innovation, best practice, and sustainability objectives.

About You You will bring proven experience in major rail or infrastructure programmes, coupled with the ability to operate in complex, fast‑paced delivery environments. Equally important is a collaborative mindset and a commitment to excellence — qualities that define how we partner with our clients and deliver lasting impact.
