Job Summary Al-Ghad College for Medical & Applied Sciences is seeking highly qualified Lecturers, Assistant Professors, and Associate Professors in Nursing disciplines to deliver high-quality academic instruction, mentor students, and contribute to research and curriculum development. Candidates should possess a PhD in the relevant nursing specialty and have a strong academic and professional background.

Position Details

• Position: Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor

Specializations Required Candidates must hold a PhD in any one of the following disciplines:

• Pediatric Nursing
• Critical Care Nursing
• Community Health Nursing
• Adult Health Nursing
• Mental Health Nursing

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate nursing courses.
• Prepare lectures, lesson plans, assessments, and academic materials.
• Supervise students during clinical training, research, and academic projects.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic quality assurance initiatives.
• Conduct research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
• Mentor and advise students on academic and professional development.
• Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation activities, and institutional committees.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education and institutional academic standards.

Qualifications

• PhD in Nursing in one of the specified specializations (Mandatory).
• Valid professional nursing registration/licensure preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching and/or professional experience.
• Experience in a recognized university or college is preferred.
• International teaching experience is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent teaching, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Strong research, publication, and academic writing abilities.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to mentor students and work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: SAR 9,000 – 12,000 (Based on qualifications and experience).
• Additional benefits as per college policy and Saudi labor law.
