Job description

LHH Middle East is partnering with a multinational Law Firm to appoint its next Market Development Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Marketing and Business Development Manager will support a wide range of marketing and business development initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization’s presence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role will work closely with senior regional marketing and business development leadership as part of an integrated marketing and BD team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for day-to-day marketing and business development requests, supporting stakeholder engagement and understanding market priorities and key client relationships
  • Support and lead responses to RFPs and proposals, including research, analysis, drafting, and coordination across stakeholders, managing the full proposal lifecycle
  • Maintain databases and tracking lists related to panel appointments, RFP portals, and business development opportunities
  • Coordinate responses to marketing submissions, directories, awards, and nominations
  • Plan and manage client events, including webinars, conferences, and in-person gatherings, from concept development to execution and post-event evaluation, including ROI and budget tracking
  • Support onboarding and integration of new team members, including preparation of welcome materials and coordination of internal introductions
  • Ensure smooth flow of information between business teams and marketing functions
  • Maintain and update marketing content, including website profiles, biographies, and related materials
  • Support the development and execution of business plans aligned with strategic objectives across teams and practices
  • Manage a variety of short- and long-term marketing and business development projects

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Self-starter and team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Client-first mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of seven years’ relevant experience in marketing and business development within a professional services environment
  • Proven experience in RFP and proposal management
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
