Position - Site Engineer – Steel Structure (Fabrication & Erection)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate steel structure fabrication and erection activities at project sites.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower productivity, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Production, QA/QC, HSE, Consultants, and Clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review fabrication and erection drawings and identify potential clashes or technical issues.
• Conduct site measurements, inspections, and progress tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with project quality requirements and support MIR/WIR inspections.
• Coordinate material delivery, storage, and site logistics to avoid project delays.
• Monitor and enforce HSE requirements and safe work practices on site.
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues in coordination with the project team.
• Participate in client meetings, site inspections, and project progress reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones within budget and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects.
• Mandatory experience in structural steel fabrication, erection, and installation works.
• Strong knowledge of structural steel drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, MIR/WIR documentation, and project reporting.
• Good understanding of construction safety standards and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
