Job Title: Project Manager / Cybersecurity Risk Specialist (IT & OT Security)

Location: Onsite – Saudi Arabia

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT and OT Cybersecurity

Role 1 : Project Manager

Key Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills include shifts and resource allocation.
• Excellent knowledge and Experience managing enterprise engagements across IT and OT environments.
• Excellent delivery of Cybersecurity GRC managed services with SLA/KPI governance.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication, including steering committee reporting.
• Excellent documentation and quality management of GRC deliverable.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT & OT.
• PMP and any cybersecurity certification CISM, ISO, CISSP (mandatory).

Role 2: Cybersecurity Risk Specialist

Key Skills:

• Expert in ISO/IEC 27005, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 31000, and NCA cybersecurity requirements.
• Excellent delivery of Cybersecurity Risk managed services with SLA/KPI governance.
• Excellent knowledge and experience managing enterprise engagements across IT and OT environments.
• Excellent documentation, quality management in Risk management deliverables and knowledge transfer.
• Expert in aligning cybersecurity risks with business objectives and ERM frameworks.
• Technical skills in IT and ICS/OT environments.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in identifying cybersecurity risks, threats and improvement areas.
• Capability to review cybersecurity designs, identify control gaps, and recommend practical mitigation measures.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication.
• Excellent collaboration with IT, OT, business owners, and service providers.
• Business Communications skills.
• Expert in producing risk dashboards and executive-level reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT and OT.
• Cybersecurity certification CRISC, ISO/IEC 27005, ISO/IEC 27001, CISSP (mandatory).
