Sales Executive – Interior Design

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days per week, Friday's off.
Salary: SAR 4,000 per month + 1.5% commission
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with potential clients, and close sales opportunities related to interior design services.

The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system, documenting client requirements and feedback, and preparing regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to sales inquiries received through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain a customer database containing client names, contact details, service interests, and project requirements.
  • Follow up with potential customers daily.
  • Understand clients’ requirements, preferred designs, budgets, and project expectations.
  • Arrange site visits with our engineer to take measurements and assess the client’s requirements.
  • Prepare and submit quotations based on the client’s requirements, selected design, and project scope.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate with clients to close sales.
  • Close sales deals with clients interested in interior design.
  • Record all client communications, requirements, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Collect customer feedback and measure their satisfaction with the company’s services.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity and performance reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Research market developments, industry trends, competitors, and sales best practices.
  • Complete any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related position.
  • Experience in interior design, fit-out, furniture, or real estate is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
  • Ability to clearly explain services and products to clients.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Must have a personal or work laptop.

Salary and Commission

  • Basic Salary: SAR 4,000 per month.
  • Commission: 1.5% upon achieving the monthly sales target.
  • Monthly Sales Target: SAR 50,000.

The monthly sales target may be adjusted based on performance, company requirements, and KPI results.

Performance Evaluation

The employee’s performance will be formally reviewed after the first three months based on the following criteria:

  • Achievement of the monthly sales target of SAR 50,000.
  • Number of clients contacted and followed up with.
  • Number and quality of quotations prepared and submitted.
  • Ability to convert inquiries and quotations into confirmed sales.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Ability to clearly explain the company’s products and services.
  • Accuracy and consistency in updating the CRM system and sales reports.
