Job description
We’re Hiring | QHSE Manager
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental functions across our construction projects.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in QHSE within the Construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE systems, policies, and procedures.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all QHSE activities across construction projects.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, client, and company requirements.
* Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, health, safety, and environmental performance.
* Prepare QHSE reports, KPIs, and compliance documentation.
* Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project sites.
