Our client, a high-growth player at the intersection of AI, digital product innovation, and ecosystem development, is looking for a Business Development Manager who can turn relationships into revenue and partnerships into platforms for growth.

Requirements

What You'll OwnPipeline & Revenue Growth

You'll build and manage a pipeline of high-value commercial opportunities from scratch. From identifying prospects to closing deals, you own the full cycle.

Strategic Partnerships

You'll develop relationships across startups, corporates, government entities, accelerators, and tech communities, then turn those relationships into structured partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

Market Intelligence

You'll map the ecosystem, track emerging trends, and surface opportunities before competitors see them. AI tools will be your edge here, not a nice-to-have.

Commercial Execution

From proposal development to negotiation to agreement execution, you'll lead conversations that result in signed deals and long-term value.

Ecosystem Presence

You'll represent the organization at industry events and networking forums, building credibility and expanding reach across Saudi Arabia's tech landscape.

What Makes You Successful You'll thrive in this role if you've already proven you can build business from the ground up, not just manage existing accounts. You understand the rhythm of technology ecosystems, and you know how to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes without losing momentum.

You'll be especially successful if:

  • You have a track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic business opportunities in tech, SaaS, or innovation-driven environments.
  • You've built meaningful relationships across startups, corporates, and ecosystem players in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • You use AI tools as a daily productivity multiplier, whether for research, proposal drafting, competitive analysis, or decision-making.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, whether you're presenting to a C-suite or pitching at a startup meetup.
  • You think strategically but execute relentlessly.
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience that speaks louder).
  • You're professionally proficient in English, with Arabic proficiency being a strong advantage.
