Project Manager (Architecture)

About the Role:

The job holder is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the design and construction phases of architecture projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards, while managing execution to ensure safety, operational efficiency, and timely delivery of high-quality facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project charters and detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, costs, and resources.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and key metrics.
• Manage on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with approved plans, schedules, budgets, and standards.
• Evaluate change requests and assess impacts on scope, cost, and timelines.
• Ensure smooth project handover, including permits, documentation, and operational readiness requirements.

Technical Responsibilities

• Review architectural designs to ensure functionality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements.
• Monitor architectural construction activities and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Review material submittals, mock-ups, and architectural shop drawings.
• Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with architectural standards and specifications.

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Support resolution of escalated issues and provide assistance as required.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant authority.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.
