Commercial Manager

The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on a large build project in Riyadh, KSA.

This is an urgent requirement so preference would be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Requirements

• Knowledge of local and international construction laws and regulations.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts or other standard forms of contract in the construction industry.
• Provide expert advice and support to legacy and closing projects to ensure we maximize opportunities including successful close out of subcontractors and suppliers within set budget goals.
