Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support the Organizational Excellence team by translating business requirements into functional solutions, analyzing data, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and support solution design.
• Analyze business and operational data using Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement digital solutions.
• Support system testing (UAT) and solution validation.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Ensure alignment with business strategy, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of software architecture, system integration, and data governance.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Cement, or Heavy Industry is preferred.
