The company operates specialized departments with experienced engineers, designers, and craftspeople in woodwork, upholstery, and furniture manufacturing. Role Description The Accounts Payable Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position is responsible for processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely posting in the accounting system. The role includes reconciling vendor statements, monitoring payment schedules, and preparing payment runs in alignment with company policies and cash-flow requirements. The Accounts Payable Accountant will investigate and resolve discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, and collaborate with procurement and other internal teams to maintain up-to-date records. The role also involves assisting with month-end closing activities, supporting internal and external audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of accounts payable processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Accounting with a solid understanding of basic financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Invoice Processing and Invoicing, including validating invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Account Reconciliation, including reconciling vendor accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting within a manufacturing or trading environment is an advantage.
