Planning Manager

We’re Hiring – Planning Manager (Construction Industry)

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to join our team and lead project planning and scheduling activities across major construction projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction project planning and scheduling.

* Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

* Proven experience in developing baseline schedules, progress tracking, and delay analysis.

* Strong knowledge of project controls, resource planning, and cost control principles.

* Experience in preparing recovery plans, reports, and management presentations.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, monitor, and update project schedules.

* Track project progress and identify potential risks and delays.

* Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project delivery.

* Support tender planning and resource allocation activities.
