User Experience Researcher

Job Summary

We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience conducting user research and usability studies, with the ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations that improve digital products and customer experiences.

Arabic fluency is required. Candidates who are available to join on short notice will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Design and facilitate interviews, focus groups, surveys, and usability testing sessions.
• Analyze research findings and identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Create research reports, personas, journey maps, and insight presentations.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, and stakeholders to inform design decisions.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of digital products and services.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in UX Research or a related field.
• Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and customer research.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research reports.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
• Availability to join on short notice is highly preferred.
