The Role
Salesforce Professional Services in the Netherlands focuses on delivering strategic engagements that define transformational opportunities. We rely on our team’s collective expertise to engage with executive-level customers to align on specific business goals that ignite the full value of the Salesforce platform. Our approach considers people, process, and technology—driving deeper, more relevant utilization of our ecosystem.
As a Professional Services Account Partner (AP) within our Commercial Business Unit (CBU), you will lead the strategic and consultative growth of your assigned services territory in the Netherlands. In this role, you will sell the full portfolio of Salesforce advisory, strategy, and implementation offerings to a dynamic mix of fast-growing mid-market and commercial enterprise customers.
Your Impact
You will act as a Strategic Business Architect, earning the right to be a trusted advisor to our customers. Your primary goal is to help Dutch commercial enterprises quickly generate significant value from their technology investments. Success in this role is measured by annual services bookings and bid margins aligned with strategic regional quotas.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Orchestrate Account Planning: Lead the formulation of clearly defined transformation roadmaps, acting as an agile cross-functional leader to identify and close digital capability gaps.
- Collaborate as “One Salesforce”: Partner seamlessly across a matrixed ecosystem—including License Sales, Technical Delivery, and Customer Success—to develop unified and trusted Professional Services propositions.
- Leverage Commercial Market Acumen: Apply deep knowledge of the Dutch commercial landscape to understand local business drivers, market pressures, and strategic objectives.
- Drive Executive Engagement: Present compelling visions and groundbreaking solutions, including Agentforce and autonomous AI strategies, directly to C-suite stakeholders and operational decision-makers.
- Master Territory Execution: Develop tailored account plans that align with local business priorities and fiscal timelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent year-over-year growth.
Basic Requirements
- Professional Background: Extensive experience in professional services, consultative enterprise sales, or complex project delivery within the technology sector.
- Visionary Selling: Proven experience guiding customers through business model visioning, assessing quantifiable value outcomes, and developing structured programs for long-term value realization.
- Negotiation Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead value-driven pitches and effectively negotiate commercial terms aligned with regional margin targets.
- Collaborative DNA: A recognized role model for team-based execution, aligning with the full capacities of the account team and external partners to support customer success.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Dutch and English is mandatory to build trusting relationships with local stakeholders.
