ROLE PROFILE

Supports Head of Marketing of MENA and responsible for managing the region Visual Merchandising to deliver effective and commercial visual standards up to global brand requirements, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Visual Standards

- Feedback to line manager amendments to visuals or visual guidelines due to local market requirements, as well to have close / direct contact with the Group VM team

- Implement processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in area of responsibility

- Train and develop respective store team on exemplary brand visual standards and delivery thereof

- Educate store teams on brand visual standards

- Conduct store visits to assess visual standards and quality of the visual implementation of promotional activities

- Review feedback from stores and customers and take immediate action as necessary

- Feedback to line manager visual trends within relevant industry and competitors

- Work with Operations team closely while cycle/ collection changes

- Works on news stores launch, to be VM part up to standards and brand requirements

- Work on Global VM materials orders, preparing the allocations for both global and local production companies. Assess the local production quality

- Ensure brand consistency within all MENA region

Core Deliverables

- Regional VM calendar and changeover schedules

- Store VM compliance scorecards/ audit reports

- Campaigns implementations with photo & presentation reports. To be submitted to the Group VM team on a timely manner

- Training decks or quick guides for store teams

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Experience in visual merchandising (retail, preferably in jewellery), ideally across multiple locations (store VM, assistant VM, VM lead, or store merchandising roles)

✅ Strong knowledge of retail fixture planning, store layout best practices, and merchandising principles

✅ Ability to read and translate brand VM guidelines received from Global into consistent real-world execution

✅ Project management mindset: timelines, priorities, changeovers, and follow-ups

✅ Excellent communication and coaching skills

✅ Willingness to travel across the region

✅ Proficiency in reporting and documentation tools (Excel/PowerPoint/ Word)

✅ Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
