Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop deep business understanding, establish reasonable and effective analytical frameworks, and provide professional financial advice and solutions to business stakeholders.
2. Be deeply involved in annual budgeting and monthly business target setting; conduct high-frequency tracking of target completion, provide timely risk warnings, and maintain close follow-up on key business initiatives and projects with regular feedback.
3. Build strong collaborative relationships with business teams, demonstrate sound judgment on business strategies, and deliver actionable financial insights.
4. Establish operational risk management and control mechanisms; identify contract, operational, and compliance risks, and develop corresponding mitigation plans.
5. Maintain proactive awareness of AI technology applications in finance and business analysis; leverage AI tools to innovate analytical methodologies and drive the digital transformation of financial support.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or related fields; 7+ years of finance-related experience; experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
2. Strong data sensitivity and intellectual curiosity; demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities; clear and rigorous logic; excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Diligent and reliable, with strong work commitment and self-motivation; solid teamwork spirit.
4. Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
5. Align with company culture; embrace change; optimistic and confident.
6. Fluent in English to support daily work.
