Program Design Expert

Job Purpose:

Design, develop, and evaluate educational and enrichment programs for gifted students, with a focus on curriculum quality, STEM learning, and educational assessment. The role supports the development of enrichment curricula, learning units, assessment tools, and evaluation indicators that ensure programs are aligned with the needs of gifted learners, international best practices, and future skills.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Program and Curriculum Design:

• Design and develop enrichment programs, curricula, learning units, and educational materials for gifted students.
• Review educational content to ensure depth, progression, academic quality, and alignment with higher-order thinking, research, problem-solving, and creativity.
• Ensure programs and learning materials are aligned with gifted education practices and approved educational standards.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• Develop and review assessment tools, including tests, surveys, observation forms, and pre/post assessments.
• Support the evaluation of assessment tools in terms of validity, reliability, fairness, suitability, and ability to differentiate student levels.
• Analyze program and assessment results and prepare technical reports with practical improvement recommendations.

STEM and Educational Quality:

• Support the design and review of STEM-based learning experiences, preferably in Mathematics.
• Contribute to improving program quality through evaluation indicators and evidence-based recommendations.
• Stay updated on best practices in gifted education, STEM education, curriculum development, and educational assessment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, STEM Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Measurement and Evaluation, Gifted Education, or a related field.
• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in curriculum development, educational program design, assessment and evaluation, STEM education, gifted education, or a related field.
• Strong experience in developing educational content, enrichment programs, learning units, assessment tools, and program evaluation indicators.
• Experience in STEM education is required, preferably with a background in Mathematics.
• Experience in gifted education, enrichment programs, talent identification, or educational assessment is preferred.
