Public Relations Consultant (IPO & Investor Relations)

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Consultant to lead corporate communications, investor relations, and stakeholder engagement, with strong expertise in IPOs and Saudi capital market transactions. The role will advise executive leadership on reputation management, regulatory communications, and strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead communication strategies for IPOs, listings, M&A, capital market transactions, and investor relations.
• Manage executive communications, press releases, financial announcements, and corporate disclosures.
• Build relationships with investors, regulators, financial institutions, media, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CMA and Tadawul disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, and regulatory advisors throughout capital market transactions.
• Develop crisis communication plans and strengthen corporate reputation.
• Represent the company at investor roadshows, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in corporate communications, investor relations, financial communications, or capital markets.
• Proven experience supporting or leading IPOs within the Saudi capital market.
• Strong knowledge of CMA regulations, Tadawul Listing Rules, corporate governance, and disclosure requirements.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CMA, or Investor Relations) are an advantage.
