Job description
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMB segment across KSA, focusing on CCTV and security projects.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, system integrators, and partners.
· Conduct technical consultations with clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored Dahua solutions.
· Independently design and prepare project proposals, including system schematics, equipment lists, and detailed BOQs.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients and partners.
· Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve quarterly sales targets.
· Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technical support, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in KSA.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Language Skills:
· Fluent in English (professional working proficiency).
· Experience:
· Minimum 3 years of sales experience in CCTV/security systems, preferably in the KSA market.
· Proven track record in SMB project sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
· Hands-on experience designing security system layouts and preparing BOQs independently.
· Technical Knowledge:
· Strong understanding of CCTV products (IP cameras, NVRs, video management software, accessories).
· Familiarity with networking basics and system integration.
· Ability to recommend solutions based on client needs and project scope.
· Personal Attributes:
· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Willingness to travel within KSA as needed.

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· Existing network of contacts in KSA’s security or IT distribution channels.
· Knowledge of Dahua products or similar industry-leading brands.
