Job description

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and monitoring project activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Oversees project performance, risks, costs, and coordination between stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee real estate development projects from planning and design through execution and final handover.
  • Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, costs, and overall performance.
  • Prepare project status reports including progress updates, risks, issues, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project risks, delays, changes, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Review project contracts, claims, variations, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Analyze project costs, cash flow, and financial requirements in coordination with Finance.
  • Support project governance, procedures, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project management standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate development projects.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Knowledge of contracts, claims, and change management.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills in cost, schedule, risk, and performance management.
