Construction Manager – (Fit-Out)

Job Summary

Mobco Group is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager specializing exclusively in fit-out and finishing works for a landmark high-rise hospitality project in Diriyah. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in luxury interior execution, finishing works, and fit-out management, with proven experience delivering high-end hospitality environments.

The role excludes structural construction responsibilities and focuses entirely on interior construction, architectural finishes, MEP coordination at the fit-out stage, and handover readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all fit-out and finishing construction activities for high-rise hospitality projects.
• Manage interior works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP final fixing, and decorative finishes.
• Oversee luxury hospitality interior execution to ensure premium quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors specialized in fit-out, interior design execution, and finishing trades.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, mock-ups, and approved material standards.
• Supervise the sequencing of finishing works in coordination with MEP final installations.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of all finishing milestones.
• Conduct inspections and quality control checks for all finishing activities.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, designers, and project management teams for design intent compliance.
• Resolve site coordination issues related to architectural and MEP finishing interfaces.
• Manage snagging, de-snagging, testing, and handover preparation activities.
• Ensure compliance with project safety, quality, and hospitality brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 17 years of experience in construction, with specialization in fit-out and finishing works.
• Mandatory experience in luxury hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, high-end mixed-use developments).
• Mandatory experience in high-rise interior fit-out execution.
• Strong expertise in interior construction methodologies and finishing materials.
• Proven experience managing fast-track, high-quality interior delivery projects.
• Strong knowledge of coordination between architectural finishes and MEP final stages.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and site management skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strictly fit-out and finishing experience (structural experience not required).
• Hospitality high-rise project experience is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is required.
• Experience in luxury or landmark projects is highly preferred.
