Senior Tender Engineer

The Senior Tender Engineer is responsible for managing and preparing technical and commercial proposals for projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, company standards, and project specifications. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, analyzing tender documents, preparing cost estimations, and supporting the successful submission of competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• create compelling and accurate technical and commercial bids that align with client needs and company strategy.
• accurately estimate all project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment, to ensure profitability.
• ensure bids comply with all client specifications, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• analyze project requirements, understand client needs, and help management make decisions on which tenders to pursue.
• act as a central point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and managing negotiations with clients during the evaluation process.
• oversee the entire tendering process, from initial bid request to final contract handover, ensuring efficiency and organization

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 5+ years of experience in tendering, estimation, or proposal engineering
• Local Tendering experience in KSA is required
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
