Job Description

• Engage in a structured management training programme designed to develop capabilities across multiple business functions
• Rotate across departments to gain hands-on exposure to core business operations and real-world workflows
• Work closely with managers and senior executives on strategic initiatives and live business projects
• Analyse business trends and operational data, transforming insights into clear and actionable management reports
• Participate actively in training sessions and workshops designed to fast-track your leadership development
• Contribute to brainstorming and decision-making sessions that shape outcomes across departments and business units
• Take full ownership of mini-projects with clear deliverables, measurable impact, and real accountability
• Build a strong foundation for a rewarding career in leadership and business management through structured mentorship

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
