Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and responding to inquiries.
  • Plan, capture, and edit high-quality photos and videos for various platforms.
  • Schedule posts and videos across social media channels to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (posts, reels, stories, etc.) that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Optimize content for SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization (titles, hashtags, descriptions, alt text), and leveraging platform-specific algorithms to improve discoverability.
  • Collaborate on website content strategy, ensuring blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions are SEO-friendly and aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Monitor trending topics, hashtags, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture community growth.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track and analyze SEO and social performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring.
  • Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
