About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analys t to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, gathering requirements, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assess current business processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
• Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for business optimization.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
