BIM Modeler (Architecture)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free design.
• Perform model revisions and updates based on project requirements and design changes.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and company procedures.
• Generate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models.
• Support project teams throughout design development and construction phases.
• Maintain model quality and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Architectural Revit Modeler.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape, or Lumion is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of international standards and building codes.
• Experience working in the GCC region (Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia) is an added advantage.
• Immediate availability or transferable visa status is preferred.
