Senior Planning and Performance Specialist

Roles and responsibilities:

• Participating in translating the strategic goals into execution plans and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and Its structure and linking it to the work of departments and work teams.
• Working to assist all departments and committees in developing an implementation roadmap execution, workstreams, and operation plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Participation in design and development of the Performance system & activation.
• Support the rollout and governance the performance management frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, OKRs).
• Performance monitoring, define KPIs, success metrics, and performance dashboards to monitor initiative progress.
• Monitoring the performance of the implementation of the strategy and related operational plans and updating the plans according to the observed developments and deviations.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting tools to track progress and inform decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Project management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, performance management, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, OKRs, BSC models, and appraisal systems. (Higher Professional certifications preferred).
• Advanced skills and experience in using planning software such as MS Project (for example).
• Advanced experience and skills in data management, analysis and developing reporting dashboards.
• Preference will be given to those with professional qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP).

Prior knowledge and experience in real estate asset management and real estate development is preferred.
