Role Description

GAC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the company's sales activities and drive business growth across Construction, Facility Management, Construction Vehicle & Equipment Supply, Workforce Solutions, Trading Solutions and Temporary Facilities.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive B2B sales experience within the Saudi market, and a proven track record of securing and managing high-value contracts.

Experience Required:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a managerial role with proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a Senior Sales role.
• Strong network within Saudi Arabia's construction, corporate, industrial and other sectors.
• Prior experience in Construction or Facility Management companies within Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is essential.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Professional certifications will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Saudi and other GCC markets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to handle the team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
