Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications:

Role Description

GAC is seeking a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company's branding, marketing, communications, and lead generation initiatives across all business divisions.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for strengthening GAC's market presence, enhancing brand awareness, generating qualified business leads, managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, and supporting the company's growth objectives across Construction, Facility Management, Camp & Catering, Workforce Solutions, Construction Equipment & Vehicle Supply, Trading, and other service sectors.

Experience Required:

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Branding, or Corporate Communications.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a managerial role with proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a Senior Marketing role.
• Experience especially in B2B marketing within Facility Management, Construction, Industrial Services, Workforce Solutions, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• Professional certifications will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Saudi and other GCC markets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide and lead the team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
